View the homes or condos you want to see ASAP, either in person or virtually. I'll always give you my honest opinion and expert insight, but at the end of the day, you make the final decision.

STEP TWO: Let's Make Sure Your Pre-Approved

If you're not paying cash, one of the most crucial parts of starting the home buying process is getting pre-approved. If you haven't already been pre-approved, I can help connect you with the most repected lenders in the area to hep you lock in the best rate.

STEP FIVE: Prepare a Competitive Offer

When you think you've found the one, I'll be relentless in gathering the data to help you create a compelling offer. Then, let the negotiations begin. As your advocate, I'll negotiate every point in the contract - whether it's price, repairs, or closing terms - I'll make sure you walk away with a deal that makes you happy.

STEP THREE: Create Your Custom Profile

Based on your price range, desired location, and the features you want and need in your new house or condo, we'll create a custom profile for you. This allows me to customize your seach, and only send you properties that fit what you're looking for, as soon as they're available.

STEP SIX: The Escrow Process

Once your offer has been accepted, the home or condo enters escrow. During this time, we'll complete important steps that need to be done in a timely manner like the inspection, appraisal and finalizing your loan, and title search.
